Since 1997 the name VERTANO stands for stable, sustainable and above all successful investments in commercial real estate, with focus on office, retail and industrial properties.

The competence of the company consists in the acquisition of land, concept development, management of planning and construction, property management, letting and sales. As consultants, Vertano and its specialist partners also advise on the restructuring and repositioning of projects or existing real estate, with the aim of increasing profitability and ensuring long-term profitability.

As a service provider, co-investor or investor, Vertano played a leading role in the realization of properties with a gross floor area of ​​more than 1 million m² and a market value of more than 1.6 billion €. During the past 2 decades, the main focus of activity has been on the Polish market.

2017 marks the expansion of activities to other European markets, such as Germany, Austria, Denmark and Hungary.

In line with the corporate philosophy, every investment is realized with a specially created company (SPV), whereby the Vertano Holding acts as the business administrator of the SPV in order to guarantee the comprehensible transparency of the investment and investment management processes. For the successful implementation of the projects, Vertano relies on cooperation with first-class financial partners, law firms, construction companies and project managers in local markets.
